Liquid film
"Liquid film" is an innovative waterproofing material designed to protect surfaces exposed to long-term systematic exposure to moisture and water vapor.
The most popular and probably the most functional way to finish a kitchen and bathroom is to lay ceramic tiles. However, as you know, a kitchen and a bathroom are rooms with high humidity. Moisture and water vapor, passing through the joints, can accumulate under the tiles, which can lead to the most undesirable consequences.
A waterproofing layer, applied in a liquid state with a brush or roller, and which, after drying, takes the form of a protective film, can provide the necessary protection for ceramic tiles.
Two thin layers of such a film with a total thickness of about 1 mm create a reliable and effective waterproofing barrier. The solution can be applied to almost any surface: concrete, cement screed, plaster, drywall, etc. Before use, make sure that the surface to which the solution will be applied is dry and cleaned of any dirt.
To achieve the best waterproofing performance, it is recommended to apply at least two layers of waterproofing. Approximately 12 hours after applying the second waterproofing layer, you can begin fixing the ceramic tiles.
