Tile care
Tile care has its own nuances. After all, different types of tiles require different care.
Glazed tiles
Glazed ceramic tiles do not require special impregnation or polishing. Dirt and moisture do not penetrate into them. Such ceramic tiles are an excellent solution for people with allergies, as frequent washing of the tiles will help prevent the growth of microorganisms that can cause irritation.
Remember that after laying the tiles, any remaining adhesive or mortar must be carefully removed. Do this carefully, without damaging the grout.
Daily care of glazed tiles consists of wiping them with a cloth or mop soaked in detergent. Heavily soiled areas can be treated with a stain remover. It enters into a chemical reaction with dirt, and causes stains to disappear.

Care of porcelain tiles
Maintenance of porcelain tiles is quite simple. Adequate maintenance of porcelain tiles ensures the intensity of color and texture of the material for a long time.
As with glazed tiles, any remaining adhesive or mortar must be removed quickly after installation.
Polished tiles can be additionally protected from dirt getting into the micropores using special impregnations. However, if you are going to impregnate the tiles yourself, be very careful, as improper use of impregnation can lead to the appearance of difficult to remove stains on the tiles.
Porcelain tiles are washed with a regular detergent, after which they are thoroughly dried. The detergent should be applied carefully so as not to rub dirt into the micropores.
Natural ceramics are protected from dirt by nature itself, since during the firing process the pores of the raw material are closed, thereby preventing various types of dirt from entering the structure of the material. However, this does not mean that ceramic tiles do not need to be looked after at all.
