Prefabricated buildings in construction

Prefabricated buildings are built in a truly fantastically short time - a maximum of 9 months, and without any loss of quality. What are these technologies?

Quickly erected or as they are also called quickly assembled buildings (QAB) are erected using simple and cost-effective technologies. These are some of the most promising technologies for the construction of low-rise country houses.

The main advantages of BMZ:

  • speed of construction of objects;
  • low weight of structures;
  • no need to use heavy construction equipment or lifting equipment;
  • cost-effectiveness of construction.

Frame house

Due to the variety of finishing materials prefabricated buildings, built according to the same architectural design, may look different.

Prefabricated buildings are:

  • frame
  • block
  • wooden.

The latter type involves the assembly of factory-made wooden houses.

Some experts also include houses made of foam concrete and polystyrene blocks in the category of quickly erected buildings, since the speed of their construction is also high.

Thermohouse

The construction technology, when the walls of a building are erected from hollow polystyrene foam blocks filled with reinforced concrete, is called "thermodom". These blocks are called thermal blocks. In essence, they are permanent formwork. Becoming strong, concrete forms a monolithic structure of the house.

Polystyrene is a good insulator. The thermal insulation properties of a thermal house wall are equivalent to 2.5 m of concrete or 1.8 m of brick wall. Thinner but warmer walls allow you to increase the living space.

The special design of the docking locks allows for quick and precise assembly of thermal blocks (like blocks in a children's construction set). This reduces material and labor costs.
It is also important that the technology "thermodom" allows the use of lightweight foundations.

Laying out communications in such a house is not particularly difficult. For example, plastic sewer pipes are laid in blocks before concrete is poured inside.

For interior work in a thermal house, you can use wallpaper, plaster, fiberboard, plasterboard, ceramic tiles. The service life of a thermal house is 75 years.
