Caring for oiled floors

Oil impregnation is one of the oldest forms of wood impregnation.
Oil impregnation allows wood to retain its natural aesthetic appeal and, in addition, effectively protects it from abrasion and mechanical damage.

Basic rules of care

However, oiled wood floors require careful maintenance, and only certain detergents and cleaning agents can be used.

For example, dust is removed from oiled wooden floors using a soft brush, and then the surface is wiped with a damp cloth or a soft, well-wrung-out mop. In this case, the water for washing should always be cold, and the amount of detergent should not exceed that specified by the impregnation manufacturer.
