Idea for the facade

The dry method of finishing facades can be used for both new and existing buildings.

The use of the dry method of finishing the facade gives more room for maneuver. Thus, you can use wood, concrete, plastic for finishing. The dry method is gaining more and more popularity due to its functionality. Simple mechanical connections of individual components of the structure allow you to finish the facade yourself in a short time.

In this case, if a separate section of the facade is damaged, there is no need to replace it all. It is enough to repair only the damaged area.

Wood

Wooden facade panels are usually made of pine, spruce, fir, larch, but panels made of exotic wood species are becoming increasingly popular. Wooden panels can be from 1 to 6 meters long and from 10 to 15 centimeters wide.

Since the material is sensitive to weather conditions and pests, wood must be properly protected. For regular maintenance, use opaque paint, varnish or impregnation. Do not forget about the ventilation layer between the wooden boards and the thermal insulation layer. This will prevent moisture from accumulating in the insulation.

PVC

PVC facade panels are the most popular solution for dry finishing of facades. Such panels have a length of 3 to 6 meters, and a width of 10 to 30 centimeters. PVC panels are resistant to changing weather conditions and ultraviolet radiation. They do not require maintenance and painting, have an unchanged appearance for many years. Installation is also not particularly difficult. Having studied the manufacturer's instructions, you can do it yourself.

Concrete

Concrete panels for facade finishing are usually 60 centimeters wide and 10 centimeters high. The panels are attached to a wooden frame with special grips. The frame must be very strong, since concrete panels weigh a lot - about 3 kg. But a facade finished with concrete panels will look like a real stone wall. And of course, concrete panels are extremely durable and resistant to various types of damage. They are not afraid of pests, temperature changes and UV radiation.
